$500 per team

($400 if paid by June 16)

• 18 Holes of Championship Golf with cart

• Unlimited range balls prior to event

3 Flights based on total team handicap:

• Winning team members receive $100 pro shop gift certificate

• Second place team members receive $50 pro shop gift certificate
